NESTED FRIENDS BUNDLE

Instructions & Measurements

1. Coastal Cabana - 5-1/2" x 4-1/4 this is a single card base layer.

Coastal Cabana - 4" x 9" score at 3" & 6" this will be the accordion fold that goes on top of the card base.

Coastal Cabana - Scrap piece to die cut bird eggs. On 2 of the eggs, I ran them thru an embossing folder to give them texture and one of the eggs I ink blending some Soft Suede.

2. Hues of Happiness DSP - Choose whatever pattern you desire. Cut one piece at 5-1/4" x 4" which gets adhered to the Coastal Cabana 5-1/2" x 4-1/4". Cut one piece at 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" and adhere that to the center of the 4" x 9" accordion fold Coastal Cabana.

3. Cut a piece of Basic White 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" which is considered the inside piece. Stamp the bird house, birds and flowers as shown in the picture. I used Soft Suede for the birdhouse, Granny Apple Green for the flowers and Memento for the birds. Leave enough room to write your greeting /message. Adhere that to the end of the 4" x 9" Coastal Cabana.

4. Basic White scrap piece approx 4" x 4" to stamp bird image with Memento ink. I used mostly all Stampin' Blends to color the nest and bird images. I did use the Pumpkin Pie Watercolor pencil for the birds belly. Stampin' Blends used: Granny Apple Green (leaves), Tahitian Tide (buds on leaves), Crumb Cake (nest), Gray Granite (bird), Daffodil Delight (bird beak).

5. Cut another piece of Basic White 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" and emboss with the Into the Clouds embossing folder. Using a blending brush, lightly blend Starry Sky ink over the embossing to give a hint of blue. This piece will get glued to the other end of the 4" x 9" Coastal Cabana. It will be the front of your card. At this point you can now do an accordion fold on the 4" x 9" Coastal Cabana. Adhere to the center front of the single Card Base.

6. After coloring the bird and nest, cut out with embossing machine. Adhere to the front of the embossed Into the Clouds. Use dimensionals on the bird.

7. Cut a piece of scrap from Crumb Cake cardstock and stamp sentiment. Approx 1-3/4 x 1/2".

ALL DONE!
